B2B Marketing team develops events, engagement platforms, marketing communications and strategic industry relations that amplify the TikTok brand and scale our voice. Responsibilities: We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our Milan team, someone who is strategic, smart, creative, and a data-driven marketer. Someone who is high-performing and thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys creating and scaling within integrated marketing channels. You should be comfortable with a broad range of responsibilities, developing and executing campaigns end-to-end including identifying target segments, developing content, establishing tracking mechanisms, and reporting and iterating on results. - Develop and implement a communications and media strategy for Italy that drives growth and brand awareness - Be able to clearly demonstrate the value of TikTok commercial products as a media - Data analysis: Has insight into the local business market based on data analysis to prove marketing strategy, working closely with Italian leadership team - Define and execute event strategy for Italy, partnering with sales, PR and the EU events team to execute ROI positive activations that impact the industry and engage clients - Partner with Italian sales team with client engagement strategy, including events and marketing communications - Influence industry partners with a industry relations strategy - Supervise, copyright and approve marketing material translations, from website to hard copy brochures - Execute local advertising campaigns in partnership with the marketing communications team, driving new business and brand awareness - Measure the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and adjust strategy and tactics accordingly. Qualifications: - Around 5 years experience working in a marketing team for a publisher, brand or start-up; - Around 5 years experience working in a marketing team for a publisher, brand or start-up; - Strong bi-lingual communication skills of Italian and English; - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment; - Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in - Deep knowledge of the media and advertising landscape in Italy - Proven B2B marketing experience - Excellent communication and presentation skills; - Self-starter, a fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking; - Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
