Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. The ‘Brand Identity and Look’ functional area is responsible for defining and implementing the brand vision, strategy and narrative of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. One of its core elements is the ‘Look of the Games’, which embodies this brand vision, its spirit and its visual identity and differentiates one edition from another and make the Games uniquely different from all other sporting events throughout the world. We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Look of the Games team as a Project & Production Coordinator. In this role, you will play an essential part in bringing to life the Look of the Games program. He/She will support and assist the team and the Project & Production Manager in: Overseeing timings and progress of all Look projects Budget control administration tasks; Participating in venue operational meetings; Facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders; Mapping out Games Time operational needs for the team; Preparing documents for tender process. He/She will also be involved in: Develop and complete the Look of the Games Tender process strategy; Contract Look of the Games supplier and define delivery milestones; Deliver the production, installation and dismantling of the Look of the Games project; Develop and implement communication strategy with internal and external stakeholders; Develop FA Games Time Operational Plan. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Fluent in English and Italian; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and database management; Strong organizational and administration skills; Precise with attention to detail; Great communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent problem solving and prioritizing skills; Ability to work independently and against short deadlines.
