Position Summary: In this role he/she will be responsible to plan production in the short-medium term as well as manage aggregated demand plans, consensus forecast review, statistical trend data analysis, and monitoring of consumption in support of fulfilling customer demand. He/she will coordinate the replenishment activities of the plant, including planning and monitoring materials stock to ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, reduce risks to run out of stock and improve overall Supply Chain performances. He/she will provide support to coordinate and monitor the materials flow (inbound/outbound) to make sure sales orders are properly and timely fulfilled, working closely with Customer Service, Logistics & Warehouse and Procurement to ensure an adequate products supply to the customers. He/she will provide support to monitor key metrics and run demand/forecast analysis. Duties: 1.Analyse monthly statistical forecast and forecast error to make changes/recommendations for inclusion into the demand plan as part of the EMEA S&OP process. 2.Conduct monthly demand consensus and supply planning meetings, responsible for resolving demand/supply issues and elevating unresolved issues to the appropriate decision maker(s). 3.Responsible for communicating results with many individuals and groups including sales, marketing, finance and operations. 4.Work closely with other STERIS entities to get internal requisitions and purchase orders issued according to monthly forecast and ensure on time delivery 5.Develops monthly build plans for assigned manufacturing facilities as well as monthly requirements for purchased finished goods 6.Support and perform KPI analysis and reports 7.Manages finished goods inventory levels and associated parameters (e.g. safety stock). 8.Participates in new product implementation with phase-in/phase-out planning that provides a smooth transition and minimizes obsolete material Education Degree: - High School Diploma or GED- Bachelor's DegreeRequired Experience: - Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: in particular Excel - Fluent English written and spoken - Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical approach - Self-motivated and organized, flexible and willing to learn proactively - Familiar with Oracle - Ability to demonstrate effective communication STERIS is a leading global provider of products and services that support patient care with an emphasis on infection prevention.
