COMPANY PROFILE: WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Manufacturing representative inside the Specialty Tractors GPP for new product launch development and major CPIs Coordinate and monitor the execution of all aspects in charge of manufacturing during the new product launch or modifications to achieve quality, cost and timing targets. Engage and lead the plant launch team, manufacturing engineering and industrial logistics since earliest stage of the program. Keep all other functions of tractor product line accountable for their deliverables within expected time frame. Support definition and execution of Strategic Business Plan and Manufacturing footprint. Support the PD Manufacturing Manager. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate impact to industrial plants and review timing of new programs and major upgrades to ensure it can be delivered. Ensure that Manufacturing Capital and Launch Expenses requests are accurate and justified. Challenge to reduce overall investment and improve logic on investment rationale. Monitor spending to respect defined budget for the program. Support and encourage advanced manufacturing engineering, feasibility analysis and design for manufacturability since early stage of design. Support plant complexity reduction targets through product standardization since early stage of design. Define ramp up for project introduction, acting as facilitator with brands, plant and GPP. Provide guidance, coaching and support to Plant Launch Managers to NPL Launch Kit tool to track program KPIs, activities and manufacturing readiness status, i.e. AME, ECOs, MBOM, parts availability, tooling status, units build plan, program timing, ramp-up, financials, PPAP, PCPA, CQA/CPS and MRL; use NPL toolkit reporting during Plant, Platform and program milestones reviews. Support Plants and Launch Managers in critical phases of the project introduction Issue and risk management, escalation, and resolution. New Product Launch plant scorecard: perform audit, assess status and review action plan with plants. Support all necessary activities required for the Strategic Business Plan and Manufacturing footprint. YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Engineering background or equivalent culture - New product launch experience - Plant Manufacturing experience - Launch or Quality management - Product development experience - WCM EPM Pillar or Quality or EEM Pillar leader score >3 for more than 1 year. OTHER INFORMATION: - English mandatory. Italian preferrable. - Project management experience - Business case analysis skills - Methodical approach, problem-solving and analytical ability - Team working attitudes - Leadership and assertiveness skills - Accountability, responsiveness and sense of urgency. - Self-directed, solid leadership skills - Communication skills; position interfaces to multiple project teams on a global basis - Willing and able to travel as per needed to support plants, mainly during the launch’s phases.
