Responsible for Operation and maintenance all Facilities system such as electricity system including high & low voltage power, Generator-UPS system, mechanical HVAC system, compressed air system, N2 generator system, ESD Floor, Forklift, Sewage Plumbing Sanitary system, Fire protection system, Building services, Lead technicians team to operate facilities system 24/24 as well as to do preventive maintenance program follow master plan and managing annual maintenance service contract of Vendors. Controlling of Facility spare-part, consumable parts always are available for replacing & maintenance. Troubleshooting and reporting/investigation of facility issues. Controlling budget for machine repair & maintenance, building maintenance of department as well as work closely with MRO Purchasing and Finance dept to create technical requirements & make sure competitive quotation & budget under forecasted Forecasting and breakdown the budgets as well as the costs for the next coming years. Responsible for managing and evaluating Vendors to carry out the maintaining & repairing jobs for utilities equipment follow contract and renew annual contract as well. Responsible for improvement and optimization system in order to meet high effective in machineries operating, equipment and energy saving to achieve weekly KPI for electricity/water consumption of plant. Build a level-up program for staffs in group and manage needed spare parts of department. Work closely with Industrial Engineering team and Manufacturing engineering team plan the estimated cost, timeline for relocation of new line setup in production as well as renovation layout for building office. Work with Admin, HR, EHS team to make sure safety issues of plant as well as audit standard. Responsible for ensuring the daily/weekly/monthly of utilities supply report on time to manager. Lead Fire fighting team to ensure Factory always comply with Fire regulation. Arranging/controlling time/works for facility technicians to ensure complying HR's regulations Other tasks will be assigned by Superior/Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical or relevant. 5 years or above working experience in facility systems in manufacturing ( Electronics is a advantaged) Industry manufacturing knowledge. Good English in verbal and written.
