Potential Work Location: Milan or Verrone (BI) Main Responsibilities: Administrative management of equity plans/share-based compensation (global Executives/Directors) Managing grant letters and communications to beneficiaries Management of tool and data entry Setting deadlines and providing updates about beneficiaries to Corporate Affairs Support to plan beneficiaries for any enquiries Administrative and status reports of plans for HR and Finance Support in the development of presentations and informative documents for the board/participants Additionally, with reference to Executives and Directors HQ and with a particular focus on Italy, the resource will take care of the following activities. Support to HQ HR Cost Controlling in the budget/forecast activities related to Directors/Administrators Support in preparing the contracts related to HQ Executives/Directors and updating the master DB of personnel Administrative practices related to Executives (eg. additional pension/health funds, taxation and even foreign contributions, administrative induction) Collection of remuneration packages data, reporting (eg. holidays, fixed and variable compensations, travel/accommodation) and analysis/simulations Inputs to payroll providers, validation of payslips Administrative checks including SOX checks related to Directors and Executives (eg. administrator payslip checks) Interface with suppliers, consultants and external entities (eg. ITA/foreign payroll providers, tax advisors, employee equity plan administration providers) and corporate functions (eg. Finance, IT) Finally, the resource may provide support in carrying out some administrative activities/practices mostly regarding HQ personnel. Here are some experiences/skills that we are looking for: 3/4 years’ experience in executive compensation with particular focus on managing share plans/administrative activities (companies listed on the NYSE/consultancy companies) Respect for procedures/deadlines, precision, ability to work towards objectives, analytical skills, confidentiality and sensitivity Good knowledge of administrative/regulatory aspects related to the management of ITA Executives Good knowledge of Excel and presentation applications Excellent knowledge of English Degree in economics/business management Preferential element: exposure to Corporate Governance processes What Makes You, Makes Our Team When you join ZEGNA, you join a team, working together to shape the future of our company.
