We are currently looking for a Dealer Network Analysis Specialist in Milan.

The Dealer Network Analysis Specialist provides support to Customer Journey Manager in the coordination and management of Audits aimed to analyze the Dealership compliance with Network Contracts and Minimum Standards. S/he takes care of the Dealer Dashboard Database (PPDA), s/he manages the annual Dealer satisfaction survey and, in general, copes with the Dealership monitoring focusing on newly nominated Dealers. S/he supports Manager in all the Geo-marketing analysis. S/he manages all the Network Reporting in charge of Channel department. S/he takes care of the whole Variable Margin rules monitor and reporting. S/he actively collaborates in updating all Contractual aspects, including Letter of Intents, Network contracts granting a fully compliance with Local/European Rules.

Main responsabilities :

  • Cooperating with external consultants, and following the Superior’s directions, s/he takes care of the audit program in terms of schedule drafting, timing, priority setting, sending the planning to the relevant Channel colleagues
  • S/he grants that back office and administrative activities related to audit projects are dealt at Kia Italia premises (or at an agreed workplace depending on audit schedule program)
  • S/he checks that the communication to the involved audited Dealers is done with proper advance, supports and updates the planning and organization in case of unforeseen events
  • S/he collects the Network Contracts audit reports provided by the consultants taking care of possible action plan to be implemented, updating the Dashboard Database, in accordance with internal guidelines and deadlines
  • S/he will take care of standards audit collecting all the required data and inputting them in the PPDA after the whole completion of standards check the whole Dealership, cooperating with internal and After Sales colleagues. The main focus is to grant that all Dealers will be compliant within the agreed deadline
  • In case of new Dealers appointment s/he supports the Manager in the audit activities Initial and Final phase. The second audit step (Final Phase) needs to be managed in consistency with the Training Induction activities
  • S/he sets and organizes new Qualitative standards audit activities (scheduling, documents and database creation, communication)
  • S/he regularly produces reports, through the use of Geo-marketing and Network Performance tool (NOVA System), where the adequacy of Network Coverage has monitored
  • S/he feeds on monthly basis Network Data format to be shared with European HQ (KEU)
  • S/he update on monthly basis all the Datasheet related to Network activities, e.g. Sales Volume, Network Dashboard
  • S/he supports the Manager in the content definition of supplier contracts (supplier management)

What we are looking for

Requirements : Education : Bachelor degree in economics or equivalent

Skills :

  • Italian: fluent, spoken and written
  • English: fluent, spoken and written
  • MS-office proficient, with excellent Excel and PPT skills
  • Planning or analysis experience is required
  • Sound knowledge of annual reports/financial reporting

The position will be based in Milan and we offer a permanent contract.
