We are now looking for a UX & UI SERVICE SPECIALIST, based in Milan. The role will be part of Digital Solutions department, which works along the entire company to bring innovation in corporate and business processes, making the digitalization possible through concrete and valuable solutions. Being part of this means open mindness and sensitivity, as well as concreteness and result orientation. The UX/UI belongs to the Omnichannel Experience Operation Team (aka “Service Team”), the unit in charge of supporting all Valentino’s functions in the daily management of the omnichannel ecosystem and in the exploitation of the full potential of the tools already in place. Main activities: Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences Facilitate the company product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces Identify design problems and devise solutions Help strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders Manage and organize the demand of the activities related to the perimeter Technical Skill: Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Contentsquare, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, Basic HTML5, CSS3, frontend languages Ability to work with different colleagues to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions Good understanding of current e-commerce/omnichannel trends and best practices Other Requirements: Ability to interact with different professional profiles, from business to technical teams Sensitivity for users needs Strong organizational and problem solving skills Excellent teamwork skills to foster transversal relationships Knowledge, curiosity and passion about technology and digital environments Strong focus on results overcoming obstacles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organization and sense of priorities HOW WE ARE The Valentino Ecosystem is complex and interconnected.
