For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities : Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Manage a contact list
Create presentations, as assigned
Perform market research
Address employees administrative queries
Requirements : Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Excellent time management skills
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant role
