We are looking for a Planning & Material Management Specialist. He/She will join the EMEA Parts Supply Chain Management department of the Aftermarket Division. He/She will be located in Corbetta (Milan) with a vision over EMEA perimeters. EMEA Parts Supply Chain Management department has the following mission: - Identify new tools in order to support Business Unit needs in reducing inventory; - Contribute to profit increase and cash flow improvement by quickly identifying and resolving abnormal situations within Procurements Control process; - Coordination of best practice globally to reduce and optimize inventory to support cash flow. Main responsibilities: Budget Management Develop, analysis of the procurement program of the assigned Product Lines, in accordance with the demand, sales history, current customer order portfolio, markets commercial needs and stock budget objectives. Procurement Management Inventory reduction activities and methodologies by planning and management of stock levels, balancing efficiency criteria (target stock value for the month) and commercial needs (target sales value for the month); Definition and release of weekly Material Planning Program Plan ensuring the feasibility and compliance with contractual agreements by suppliers; Manage critical and basic material resource planning parameters assigning policies and guidelines; Keep logistic planning parameters information systems up to date (MOQ, Lead Time, Minimum purchase order value; etc.); Definition of guidelines in relevant phase-in phase-out to contain obsolete material, bill of Material Accuracy Control and to guarantee the safety stock; Collaboration with EMEA Parts Supply Chain Management department, Plants and Purchasing department to manage critical supplier or to solve critical issues concerning material supply; Manage any supplier delivery unconformity. Support and interact with the Region Planning & Material Management Manager regarding the definition of material delivery priorities according to customer requests. Monitoring Analysis of variances versus budget / forecast and definition of any corrective actions to achieve targeted company goals; Elaboration and analysis of specific reports to monitor stock and availability of materials to be provide to customers through to the Sales department. All responsibilities refer to the assigned product lines and / or to the geographic area of competence. Requirements and Experiences: 3-4 years’ experience in similar position/role (advisable Automotive Sectors or Commercial Company) Degree in Management Engineering or Economics; Fluent in Italian and English; Soft skills: results driven; communication and listening skills; organizational and analytical skills; business and detail orientation; stress management; meeting deadlines; problem solving and priority management; capability to collect and interpret data from several sources; capable to assume calculated risks when required, adaptable to a changing environment; digital mindset; Technical skills: logistics technical knowledge; SAP knowledge; knowledge advanced reorder tools and of the Office package (excellent knowledge of Excel and Access); Availability to business trips.
