Developing strategies that support and enhance the effectiveness of both our sales and customer service teams. Leading the evolution of our systems towards greater automation and self-service, while maintaining the human touch where it counts. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for our partners. Utilizing data-driven insights to continually refine our approach, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our partners and our business. Communicating proactively and transparently with all stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. About you: Proven experience in Product Management, with a knack for enhancing customer and partner experiences. A strategic thinker who appreciates the nuances of integrating product, sales, and service strategies. Skilled in data analysis, with an ability to translate insights into effective, scalable solutions. An exceptional communicator who excels in aligning diverse teams and stakeholders.
