COMPANY PROFILE: WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The Ag and CE Technologies Corporate Development Associate is responsible for CNHI inorganic growth and transformation projects in the specific regions, managing all activities related to execution of transactions in alignment with the company’s strategy, vision and ambitions. It includes Strategy, Business Development and M&A. Reports to the Director of Ag & CE Technologies Corporate Development. Based in Turin or Modena. As Ag and CE Technologies Corporate Development Associate at CNH Industrial, you will work in a high performing and dynamic team that drives the future strategy of leading Agricultural and Construction brands. In shaping the future of our business, you will support the scouting and implementation of Mergers & Acquisition opportunities, with a focus on tech and innovation fields. You will get the opportunity to work with a variety of diverse and global businesses and markets within the Agriculture and Construction Segments YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Organizing, reviewing and analyzing due diligence processes and materials - Developing valuation analyses and various Excel based financial models (3 statement, DCF, etc.) to measure target company performance, assess value and develop strategy. - Researching and analyzing industry data. - Analyzing company financial statements. Determine how financial value is created. - Developing presentations with detailed findings and opinions. - Assisting in due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring, among others - Assessing acquisition target metrics including but not limited to financial performance and operational fit - Compiling proposal decks for senior management review and approval YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering - 5 years plus of relevant professional experience. Management Consulting background is considered a plus - MBA Preferred but not required - Exceptional program and project management skills and ability to lead simultaneous multiple projects - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently - Strategic and Creative thinker to overcome adversities - Overachiever and ambitious and results oriented
