Division: Henkel Consumer Brands YOUR ROLE Manages customer complaints and delivery satisfying customer service for E-commerce Channel Steers the management of orders from creation to invoicing, including customer negotiation Ensures high quality and efficiency of CS processes, steers and monitors Service KPIs of CS Acts as point of contact between customers and internal functions (Marketing, Sales, Management etc.) Identifies and improves department bottle necks YOUR SKILLS Master Degree or equivalent Fluent in Italian and English Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Passion for working with numbers, analytical mind set Team player but also able to work independently Plus: SAP understanding Availability for 6-month internship At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
