AI Engineering Manager Location: Parma, Italy Full-Time, Permanent Hybrid Working Job Summary: Responsibilities: - Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions for network monitoring, forecasting, and fault prediction. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, to align AI initiatives with overall business goals and strategies. - Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution of AI projects from inception to deployment. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and growth within the AI team. - Collaborate with Data Solutions Manager to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into the broader data architecture and strategy. - Drive a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the AI team. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical concepts and progress updates in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in leading AI projects and managing AI engineering teams. - Strong background in AI and machine learning techniques. - Experience with deploying AI models in production environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering AI solutions that drive business value. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. - Familiarity with energy sector practices and domain knowledge is a plus.
