IT Network Change Manager

We are searching for an IT Network Change Manager to be responsible for leading the change management function for the IT network of a global eyewear company.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing change management processes and strategies to ensure that IT changes are successful and minimize impact on the business.

Responsibilities :

• Review and improve existing change management processes and practices
• Develop and implement new change management processes and strategies
• Build a system of KPIs and insights to measure the success of change management initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding of change management principles and practices
• Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals
• Build a cohesive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in change management
• Strong understanding of IT network architecture and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Languages: English and Italian >=B2

Location :full remote
