. SERVICE ACCOUNT MANAGER The role will report to the Head of Service Account Managers and will have the task of managing the commercial relationships with the set of customers assigned to them regarding the provision of retrofits, maintenance services and after sales services. Main responsabilities: - The SAM constantly analyzes the needs of assigned customers and evaluates the possibility of proposing commercial offers. - The SAM normally develops service proposals independently; in the case of highly complex activities, the SAM interfaces with the necessary business functions (in the Service and Projects area) in order to make the offer that best meets the customer's requirements. In particular, for Retrofit offers, the SAM interfaces with the Retrofit Leader and/or with the reference team for the development of the technical solution; for residential maintenance offers they interface with the Service Operations team. - They independently manage relations and negotiations, in accordance with the applicable directives, to obtain the maximum business result while maintaining high customer satisfaction. - They continuously draw up and update the organization chart of relevant people in the organization of assigned customers. - They collect feedback from customers about their satisfaction with the services provided. - They strategically evaluate the development of the business giving visibility of the potential of future evolutions in terms of products / solutions in the sites where the company's products / solutions are installed. - They evaluate the opportunities for up selling/ cross selling related to the supply of products and services on plants made by third parties at the assigned customers or outside the company's customer base in coordination with HSAM.
