  • Previous experience in 2nd Level IT Support

  • Familiar with ticketing systems

  • Experience troubleshooting in Windows 10 Environment

  • Good English

Your Tasks : You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:

  • Setting up PC workplaces
  • Installations, migrations and rollouts
  • User administration via Active Directory
  • User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
  • You are exciting your users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach
