Retail, Textiles and Products Regulatory & Compliance Senior Expert

Job Description The profile will work closely with Local Field Manager and the international team managing projects in order to deliver clients’ requests related to Local and Global products compliance, in particular: Main European regulations support especially in the textiles field Import / Export documentation verification Labels verification Technical support to Retailers in order to sell a full compliant product Test Plan definition Customer support Samples acceptance and processing Coordination with laboratories of the group Requirements: Knowledge on main regulations (. LVD, EMC, Reg. 2023/988, REACH Regulation, RoHS Directive, Food Contact Legislation, Toys Legislation) Attitude to the Product’s Risk Analysis Raw material, packaging, articles and manufacturing knowledge Knowledge of value chain Knowledge of testing principles 5 years experience in Retailers, Trade Associations, Consulting companies or TIC industry Fluent in Italian and English Will be a plus: Chemical studies background PPWD knowledge Soft Skills: Communication & conviction skills Ability and Flexibility to travel less than 25% of the time Able to work in an autonomous way and in a team in remote way (conference call, virtual teams/networks, Capability to work in a dynamic environment under pressure, with variable workload Ability to provide solutions, service & customer oriented Ability to use MS Office, Skype, MS TEAMS Benefits Insurance packages and health care We are proud to save lives with what we do.
