Our local group divided into agile teams works all stages of the product development and deployment lifecycle following Scrum Methodology ensure fast and high-quality deploy of new version of product. - Take up the challenge Join us_ - ABOUT PRODUCT OWNER_ The Product Owner is a member of the Agile Development Team who represents the voice of the customer and is responsible for working with the stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog so that the solution effectively addresses business needs while maintaining technical integrity. The Product Owner is a key role in the development team and will have overall product development accountability and decision-making responsibility. He or she will understand the customers and potential customers as well as the broader issues in legal firms. Employees in this position must be competent in the Software Development Life Cycle and have a solid understanding of current products and technology. The Product Owner must exhibit leadership and conflict resolution skills to guide the development team in successfully designing, negotiating, and implementing solutions to meet business needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Product Vision & Backlog Management - Collaborate in owning the Team Product Backlog. - Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand product requirements and provide feedback on the product roadmap. - Collaboratively ensure the product backlog is refined and ready for development, by promoting constructive discussions on alternative technical solutions, evaluating the impact on end-users, and analysing trade-offs - Share with the Scrum Team the vision of the product to deliver the agreed product(s) in line with the roadmap and overall business strategy. - Be a passionate advocate of the product vision and act as the voice of the customer throughout the development cycle - Participate in putting in place a release management plan to determine what versions of the software will be released, to who and when. Development - Creates, maintains, prioritizes, and sequences the product backlog based on business value - Creates user stories and acceptance criteria from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint - Provides rapid feedback - Participates in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (scrums), demos, retrospectives, sprint planning, release planning and other Scrum-related meetings - Ensures sufficient amount of backlog items are prepared for sprint planning Customer Satisfaction - Provides the development team clear information regarding customers and potential customers including how they use the product, why they use the product, who uses it, when they use it and with whom - Establishes open lines of communication with customers in order to bridge the relationship between product development and the customer - Ensures the development team is developing products that exceed customer expectations - Attend strategic customer meetings and interactions Application Support - Reviews deliverable and demonstrable code after every sprint, and has the authority to accept or reject work - Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information Management - Is always accessible and participates proactively and constantly in the development team activi
