KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Planning and monitoring transport and distribution activities ensuring on time delivery of final goods & products. 
• Responsible for the submission of Logistics package during the bidding phase: 
Align with engineering, installation and commercial team on specific project delivery requirements
Prepare the Logistics costs related to the delivery
Support the preparation of risk assessment, prepare the Logistics Concepts and other documentation required by the tender
• Support with improvement projects
• Optimize transportation flows management in terms of routes, loads and packaging design
• Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of Logistics KPIs of the projects and HV and submarine factories
• To provide support to the submarine and HV plants logistics and other functions, with the most efficient transport route/modal and design of customized packaging, as well as correct application of transportation permits and the necessary transport documentation. 
• Coordinate in close cooperation with plant logistics the intercompany flows (transportation and return of drums)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain with 2/3 years of previous experience in similar roles.
- Fluent English and Italian required, other languages are a plus.
- Experience in multi-cultural environment working in complex environment with remotely spread teams.
- Willingness to travel to sites (30%).
- Self-driven and able to complete tasks within due dates with a high level of autonomy.
- Proactivity and strong interest in the industry in which it operates.
- Good knowledge of SAP, Excel and Microsoft project.
