ID SOURCING designs, sources, produces and delivers promotional gifts and premiums. We are expanding our presence in Italy and seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our international team. Responsibilities Account Management: build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B clients in Italy, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. Sales Strategy: develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Italian market, achieving sales targets and revenue goals. Market Intelligence: stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development. Qualifications Language Skills: fluent in Italian and English (both written and verbal) Experience: any level of experience into promotional gifts, premiums and packaging will be considered a plus Education: bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills: strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Excellent presentation and organizational skills. Technical: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
