Financial controller Internship - Italy Plant

In Settimo Torinese, Italy, is active one of the main production centers of L’Oréal Group in the world. The plant's products are distributed in countries. The production site is a full expression of the industrial, social and environmental values of the Group: quality, the result of innovation and control in production, safety of the working environments, minimal impact on the environment. In this way more than , m are reused and therefore saved every year, equal to over swimming pool of m. For our site we are looking for an Intern to join the Finance DepartmentThe candidate, alongside the company tutor and supported by the Finance Team, will follow a training course aimed at understanding the controlling process within an industrial reality.Key responsibilities of the role:Participate in reporting activities for monthly closing, forecasts and budgetsParticipate in inventory reconciliation and contribute to the improvement of inventory managementParticipate in the elaboration of weekly financial indicators and monthly variance analysis vs main reference scenarios (budget, forecasts)Actively participate in internal continuous improvement projects and support the team in order to redefine and implement internal process and proceduresEnsure compliance with the Group Internal control norms implementing where necessary the controls requiredBasic requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics and/or Business Administration (Finance field)Good knowledge of English, French is a plusComplete mastery of Microsoft Office and data analyst programs, Power BI and SAP knowledge is a plusOther requirements:Previous work experience in the financial fieldPrevious work/study experience abroadStrong knowledge of management accounting and business economicsInvolvement and motivation to work in a teamAbility to analyze production processesType of offer: -month full-time EXTRACURRICULAR internshipProcedure: in presencePlace of work: Settimo Torinese (TO)Start: April Facilities: reimbursement of expenses and company canteenDo you think you are a good fit?
