Project Purchaser

The Project Purchaser will join the Purchasing Dept of our Headquarters, based in Oderzo.

Main tasks:

• Coordinate Tactical Purchasing for new projects carried out by R&D and Product Marketing;
• Work in strict partnership with R&D Dept and Product Engineering area to define the technologies and components to purchase;
• Ensure the achievement of saving and improvement targets defined by the management;
• Monitor purchasing performances through proper KPIs;
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for streamlining processes.

Requirements :

• Degree in technical or economic fields, or equivalent experience;
• Previous experience in a purchasing position within a technical and production related working environment with an international character;
• Cost and value analysis expertise as well as experience in global scouting and sourcing of suppliers;
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills;
• Sense for business, experience working in project teams and familiar with deadlines and targets;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
