In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organizing functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us._ - Your ‘day to day’_ - ? TA Strategy & Plans: Provide inputs to the TA Manager for strategic design and partner network responsibilities_ - ? Attraction: Support on the deployment of engagement activities (career sites, job boards, job fairs, social media) - Organize and deliver, represent company in job fairs and support implementation of internships framework_ - ? Assessment: Organize and facilitate Assessment Centers_ - ? On-boarding: Manage full-fledged integration and on boarding of employees_ - ? TA capabilities: Build your own TA capabilities and support your colleagues in building TA capabilities_ - ? Recruitment: Run Recruitment, consult and support HRMs/LMs in selection and usage of the right TA tools. Perform screening, run interviews, coordinate SSC/HR Services activities regarding recruitment related activities. Build TA capabilities of Line managers_ - ? Synergies, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Suggest improvements of TA local processes_ - Who we’re looking for:_ - ? A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing recruitment process end-to-end_ - ? Experience in recruiting for a wide variety of different positions across multiple functional areas_ - ? Proven experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously is required, as is the ability to develop long-lasting relationships and influence others_ - ? Expertise and experience in Attraction Activities, Employer Branding projects and Assessment_ - ? Experience in HR recruiting processes and practices (i.e., compensation, employment laws, interviewing skills, sourcing strategies)_ - ? Knowledge of social networks and technology trends; Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer focus and organization skills_ - ? Influence skills, ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team_ - ? Project & Time Management_ - ? Behavioral Based Interviewing training is highly desirable_ - ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)_ - ?
