Product Delivery Manager

Manpower Group is looking a PRODUCT DELIVERY MANAGER for a leading company in the automotive sector. The resource, reporting directly to the Project Senior Manager, will be responsible for coordinating all assigned engineering resources assigned to the project (SW, HW, mechanics, optics, thermal, system, prototype, testing, etc.) Key responsibilities Customer main interface for all engineering/product related matters, Responsible to deliver the planned product in all aspects, from requirements analysis to implementation in the plant, by coordinating the relevant Engineering resources assigned to the project, Responsible to drive and coordinate resolution of complex product performance related issues that span multiple (engineering) domains, customers and/or suppliers, Responsible that committed product deliveries happen on schedule and with the right quality, Responsible for budgeting activities and driving effort estimation by all engineering domains, Supports domains in root cause analysis (RCA) by driving 8Ds on critical defects and publishes reports for CPM. Supports validation and certification activities. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering. 1+ years of experience in development.
