TXT Group is currently in search of a Hardware-Software Integrator to join the dynamic team of our Training and Simulation business unit. We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative individual to contribute to the development and enhancement of our products and infrastructures, serving our diverse customer base. Specifically, this role involves joining a team dedicated to the integration of hardware components , such as on-board avionic systems , flight controls, and motion systems , for the creation and enhancement of flight simulators, training, and maintenance platforms across both civil and military domains. Key Responsibilities: Identify requirements and design new applications, actively engaging in hands-on software development. Validate hardware installations through seamless integration processes with software. Contribute to activities related to flight dynamics, including the development and enhancement of control laws for flight controls and control loading systems. Stay abreast of the latest avionics technologies, testing and assessing promising and innovative solutions. Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in Object-Oriented programming languages ( C and C++ ), Matlab Simulink. Experience with the Windows ecosystem and the Office suite. Knowledge of networking principles; familiarity with Linux OS and avionic systems will be considered a plus. Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and organizational abilities. Additionally, proficiency in English and the ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently are essential.
