Main responsibilities

• Carry out on a regular basis business performance analyses, analyzing variances from Budget/Forecast /PY
• Identifiy and suggest actions to support Management for the achievement of performance targets
• Partecipate to monthly Business Reviews together with Management
• Proactively support the production of annual budgets and forecasts for the area of responsibility
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for the area of responsibility
• Perform ad hoc analyses and controlling tasks

Title of study, experience and other knowledge required - Technical skills

• Understand business models and build business plans
• Work cross - functional, close to business and customers with a solid Business Partner attitude
• Analytical thinking, ability to understand issues, interpret data, draw conclusions and provide guidelines
• Ability to design and measure KPIs, with specific focus on the P/L, B/S and C/F
• Accountability, keeping with deadlines and quality standards (accuracy, consistency with policies and guidelines )
• Ability to prioritize activities, work with flexibility and handle stress
• Ability to coordinate, motivate, manage Junior Controller(s)
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English
• Degree in Business Administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities; creative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment along with possessing strong organizational skills
• Business acumen (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Lean or Continuous Improvement experience a plus
• Fluent in English
• French language a plus
