We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Human Resources Partners to join our Fulfillment & Operations team. They sit at the heart of Amazon’s world-class Operations network: they are where we manage our fast-moving inventory. Our Fulfillment Center teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up and ship them out: each of these groups have played their part in taking us to where we are today. In this rapidly growing context, you’ll play a critical role. Reporting into the Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll also work closely with the Operations team, as you proactively support an internal client group. Day-to-day, you’ll enjoy a varied role as you contribute to supporting employees and driving employee engagement at your site. You’ll also take part in a wide range of interactions, with individuals and teams from across Amazon’s thriving Operations. Engagement of our employees is at the heart of everything we do. Often, you’ll be the first point of contact for our employees, whom you’ll support, reassure and offer help to, by resolving queries. You’ll record and ensure accuracy of data by Insisting on the Highest Standards in administration, trend monitoring and tracking of the recruitment processes. You’ll also help analyze various sets of data via our HR feedback channels. - Solid computer literacy, including in HR systems such as PeopleSoft; - Working knowledge of Italian employment law and common HR and payroll practices would be advantageous; - You’ve previously worked with hourly paid and shop floor employees and have built constructive, positive working relationships with them.
