Location: Bari What you can expect from us: Join us on our way from Media Company to a Media & Tech Company As Technology Innovation Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in the introduction and development of new software solutions and technical services. This is because our 20-person department provides all of the company's teams with basic technology that can then be individually adjusted by the teams to their needs. This makes our portfolio extremely diverse: from the development of new advertising formats and the support of the AdServer to the management of our AWS Landing Zone and central tools (e.g. Atlassian, Salesforce) to data (protection) issues. Your tasks in detail: - You are a trend scout for our central TechOperations team, keeping your ears close to the market and the tech scene as well as to our internal customers - As a result, you derive projects to improve existing central services, add new services to our portfolio or phase out services that are not (or no longer) used or are not in high demand - The motto is always: Customer first As a technology evangelist, you will convince our customers why it makes sense to introduce or discontinue a product or service. You will also advise our customers on which of our services they will benefit from and which they will not - As part of your diverse responsibilities, you will work closely with your operational teammates and daily business management, as well as with our internal customers, central procurement and our Chief Architect - Externally, you'll be our interface to the tech community: attending trade shows and participating in virtual events, including (but not limited to) from our providers like AWS, Docker, and Akamai What we would expect from you: - Several years of relevant professional experience in technical portfolio management and operationally in the areas of central engineering, operations, or similar - Solid knowledge of AWS; experience with other cloud providers (esp. Microsoft Azure) an advantage - Organizational skills & strong implementation skills.
