Mission : We are looking for a SAP HCM specialist able to:
- ensure Business continuity on all HCM Applications (Mainly SAP)
- ensure continuous improvement managing business demand
- contribute in all IT project related to HCM Application
Accountabilities :
- Build relationships with key users / opinion influencers aiming to improve alignment and user satisfaction
- Manage Suppliers (third parties delivering IT services)
- Actively participate in the planning of Projects and Changes
- Contribute in delivering Projects and Changes as per agreed time, budget and quality targets
- Assist with the management of the project portfolio and the service catalogue
- Identify IT risks and implement related action plans
- Resource Management
- Personnel and Organisation Management
- Time and Timesheet Management
- Compensation and Benefits Management
- Travel Management
- Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service
- Facilitate the implementation of efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements :
- Good technical knowledge on All SAP HCM Modules (TM, OM, MD, TS).
- Good Knowledge on basic HR processes
- Experience in implementing SAP HCM modules is a remarkable plus
- Strong in problem solving, good in listing and communicating with users, determined in achieving results, autonomous in organizing and managing tasks.
- International mindset is strongly required.
Education / Qualifications : University degree or Equivalent technical background.
Languages : Good English proficiency (written and spoken)
