We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities!Reporting to the Area Manager you will engage with our customers though digital and remote sales tools to encourage the transition towards digital integration, self-servicing and digital interactions. You will be the human point of contact behind the digital relationship and will support customers that do not require periodic face to face contact or prefer to interact through coordinated digital platforms. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Be responsible for the achievement of Sales, Bookings, and online purchasing targets for the full Measurement Solutions Portfolio within the agreed segment of customers through digital and remote interactions. Proactively work with customers to increase digital self service purchasing. Specially, to actively move all accounts that may place unsolicited orders or common quote requests into a digital self-service platform. Be proficient in the benefits of digital enablement and articulate a clear action plan for implementation. Act as single human point of contact to secure customer happiness during and after the transition. Provide pre- and post-sales support and follow-up, spending your time passionate about areas of most value is to the utmost importance to be successful in this role. Be required to acquire new accounts and it will be essential to use external tools like LinkedIn to contact new customers, supervise digital tools and CRM for leads and new opportunities. Proactively act on these to convert potential business in the assigned segments. Understand and use available data analytics and reports to optimize account growth strategies, including whitespace analysis, pricing actions and customer segmentation. Actively coordinate with colleagues and orchestrate the support of subject matter experts, Product Managers or other company partners to build a compelling and differentiating value proposition for the selected customers. Use these resources as optimally as possible to improve your time with customer engagements. Support deployment of new digital tools and engagement platforms as new technologies become available.
