SALES ASSISTANT / SPORTSWEAR BRAND / BEX

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the business
• Serving the customer in accordance with the Group's sales processes
• Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborate and propose efficient solutions.
• Welcoming, listening and accompanying the customer beyond his needs, while demonstrating an excellent knowledge of ski and boot products
• Ensure cross-selling and up-selling for all product categories
• Ensure product replenishment and physical inventory of goods
• Maintain and set up the store in accordance with corporate policy and procedures
• Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating passion for ski and boots
• Establish and strengthen relationships with the customer, according to the different nationalities and personalities, and put the customer at ease.
• Participate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group's visual standards.

Qualifications:

• You have a taste for challenge, you are driven by the desire to pursue and even exceed individual and collective objectives.
• You have experience in a similar position within a Retail Fashion or Sportswear company
• You are a team player with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about fashion and sportswear, you have a very good knowledge of fashion and sportswear products. You have excellent commercial awareness and knowledge of customer behavior, and you know how to adapt to the cultural differences of customers.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory and, if possible, german.
