We want you to develop your skills, expand your knowledge and be proud of your work. : Descrizione dipartimento/Team: La risorsa sarà inserita nel Dipartimento di Brand e Trade Marketing Consumer e Commercial e affiancherà il Team Trade Marketing - canale Retail, nell’implementazione dei programmi di trade marketing dedicati ai rivenditori di pneumatici auto, moto, autocarro e agricoltura. Principali attività: Nello specifico la risorsa avrà modo di seguire le seguenti attività: 1. Collaborare alla definizione di nuovi supporti dedicate ai rivenditori (ad esempio lanci di prodotto, corsi di formazione); 2. Supporto nell’implementazione di campagne promozionali sui rivenditori specialisti di pneumatici auto, moto, autocarro e agricoltura; 3. Gestione e implementazione di report relativi alle campagne promozionali; 4. Supporto alla sales force ed elaborazione dei report per il monitoraggio dei principali indicatori di performance dei programmi di affiliazione; 5. Supporto nell’organizzazione degli eventi (viaggi incentive, lanci di prodotto, eventi locali a supporto dei rivenditori specialisti) 6. Supporto nella gestione della contrattualistica legata ai programmi di affiliazione auto, moto, autocarro e agricoltura. 7. Supporto nella gestione dei servizi di assistenza su strada per le flotte di autotrasporti Requisiti: - Laurea in Marketing e/o Economia / Management - Preferibile esperienza precedente come Stageur (in area Marketing) - Lingue: inglese fluente (sia scritto che parlato) - IT: Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint a livello avanzato - Caratteristiche personali: Capacità di gestire relazioni e comunicazione in modo efficace, flessibilità, pro-attività, organizzazione e gestione del tempo, problem solving e di attitudine all’analisi. Obiettivi formativi: La risorsa avrà modo di approfondire l’organizzazione del lavoro e il rispetto delle scadenze; acquisire e/o approfondire tecniche e metodologie di organizzazione di eventi, gestione delle attività di trade marketing e operatività sui clienti, familiarizzare con metodologie di analisi, reportistica e aggregazione di dati; apprendimento di dinamiche di business e dei principali processi operativi e strategici propri del mondo sales & marketing del settore automotive.
