The team you’ll be part of Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future. The HR Specialist provides specialized expertise / contributes to the definition of HR programs and policies / administers and supports HR activities as well as HR processes for the specific HR area. What you will learn and contribute to: - Autonomously performs tasks with a moderate level of guidance and within guidelines and policies. - Analyses factual information and possible solutions. - Answers questions and solves problems related to the global / regional HR processes and information services in the scope, consulting Process owners and developers and/or IT contacts when necessary to achieve resolution and needed guidance for the user. - Provide administrative / transactional project support: Data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management, organizing delivery of training and development for HR community or for managers.
