Purpose of the Role : The IT Site Integration Manager is a key player in enhancing the IT infrastructure and operations within the context of business acquisitions. This role is designed to work alongside the IT Site Manager, focusing on the incorporation and harmonization of the IT systems of newly acquired sites into the broader organizational framework.

This entails the synchronization of IT equipment, consolidation of collaboration services, and unification of security measures to establish a seamless operational flow across all sites.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Lead the IT integration strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and IT operational excellence while working in tandem with the IT Site Manager.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between all stakeholders, promoting a collaborative approach to integration.
  • Prioritize and execute integration-related decisions and projects without compromising ongoing IT service delivery.
  • Align integration activities with the local and global IT strategies, ensuring that all actions support the broader business objectives.
  • Deliver IT integration projects in conjunction with ongoing regional infrastructure projects managed by the IT Site Manager.
  • Ensure that integration projects complement and enhance the service capabilities overseen by the IT Site Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Management Information Systems, or other scientific disciplines
  • Several years of experience in IT integration within diverse technological environments and organizational cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT integration projects, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industrial setting
  • Knowledge of multiple IT disciplines, including network architecture, data center operations, cloud services, and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Flexible availability to provide both on-site and off-site support to ensure the continuous integration process alongside ongoing IT management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English and Italian
  • Ability to influence and persuade at all levels within the organization, promoting a team-oriented approach to integration and service delivery
  • Prepared to travel up to 20-25% internationally, with variable travel requirements depending on the integration phase and needs
