Working closely with Sales Team, Local Marketing Teams, Executive Director and Head Office Marketing Department, the Marketing Specialist NEM (New Markets) supports the Marketing Manager NEM in building Marketing Plans, Campaigns in terms of contents, web design, Media Plan and ROI, to meet the commercial targets maximizing the assigned Marketing Budget. - A previous experience in web marketing\/content is preferred; - Fluent English. Any additional language (Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Greek) is considered an advantage; - Ability to use “Adobe After effects” and Adobe suite to create, edit videos and localize materials is essential; - mainly PowerPoint and Excel; - Degree in Marketing or related field; - Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline driven environment, balancing multiple priorities; - Effective written and verbal communication skills; - Highly motivated team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn. - Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis and prepare reports on New Markets marketing campaigns and other activities; - Localise corporate videos, banners, images content, web design for delivering ready-to-use assets to trade for B2B and B2B2C purposes and assist with timely upload of digital collaterals on the MSC tools; - Assist with proof reading and creation of content in English language for monthly webinars, product and trade presentations and collect translations of master content from New Markets; - Assist with the roll out of new initiatives and projects for the New Markets and support in the attendance and organization of events onboard and ashore; - Monitor the deployment of the campaigns in the concerned Markets, tracking the results and budget spending.
