Job Summary Responsibilities: - Chiusure Reporting mensile / trimestrale / annuale. - Revisione P&L e BS effettivi, KPI, confronto vs FC e PP. - Analisi Vendite/Margine/Costi di Supporto e Bilancio. - Preparazione e revisione Rolling Forecast mensile - Piano Annuale Budget-Profit Plan - Analisi degli scostamenti. - Analisi di alcuni conti di gestione mensili. - Collaborare alla preparazione di report mensili ad hoc. - Garantire l'accuratezza, il rispetto delle scadenze e l'applicazione delle politiche di Gruppo Qualifications: Education level required - Laureato/a Economia e Commercio o diplomato/a in Amministrazione Years and area of experience required - Esperienza di circa 3 anni nel Controlling, maturata presso aziende multinazionali modernamente strutturate Technical knowledge - Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) - Preferibile conoscenza del software gestionale ERP SAP (BW) ; - Passione ed interesse per le tecnologie ; - Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese scritta e parlata; - Esperienza in ambito amministrativo contabile Soft skills Forte orientamento al risultato; Ottime capacita' organizzative e di gestione del tempo; Attenzione ai dettagli, autonomia nello svolgimento dei compiti assegnati; Capacità di problem solving, capacità di gestione delle priorità, flessibilità; Forti capacità analitiche e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione ; Completano il profilo: precisione, proattività, spiccata capacità di analisi e di lettura dei dati, orientamento al lavoro di squadra.
