MISSION The Merchandising Allocator contributes, for the respective brand/channel, to the in-season stock management and optimization, plans and manages the stock level in order to ensure the right level by store to achieve the turnover, sell-through and markdown target. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supporting the buying team in stock allocation vs replenishment quantities splitted by store - Allocating stock depending on stock needs by division/product group/styles at store level - Defining Sale/Promotional discount at store/style level to increase sell out and reduce markdown in the full season - Defining list of products that will be visible to connected e-commerce - Creating Best Seller reports and proposing stock integration or new styles for sold out products - Managing the full price channel returns to the Outlet channel to ensure the right distribution - Managing new opening and refit stock ABOUT YOU - Bachelor Degree in Economics or related fields - At least 1/2 years’ experience in similar role - Analytical skills - Positive and proactive attitude, honest and trustworthy, highly motivated team player - Inquisitive and willing to learn - Entrepreneurship and ownership on personal activities - Must be detail-orientated, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills - Fluent in English and Italian both written and spoken - SAP FMS and SAP Analysis experienced WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US - A company culture that fosters development, offering training and learning opportunities through our very own PVH University - An international environment which respects diversity, equality, and individuality - A super modern approach to Fashion, Omnichannel, we are pioneering the industry - A best in class People’s Place inside the Milan Office - A fantastic environment where you can fail fast and learn fast
