This could be a big opportunity to be a member of the Marketing & Product Management. As a Marketing Associate, reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will contribute to develop the strategy on the market and provide support for key customers in the relevant categories according to the strategy. You will have the responsibility to lead the approach to categories development by identifying category opportunities within the framework of customers, segments, channels and business intelligence, in order to enable Tetra Pak to achieve growth and market share ambitions. This is a permanent position based in Rubiera (Italy). That position is not open to relocation or carrer migration. What you will do As a Marketing Associate you will: - Analyse and understand relevant market trends and dynamics, sharing them with both customers and internal stakeholders like commercial, technical service and processing teams; - Develop segmentation/positioning tools and models that can be used to highlight opportunities for customers; - Work with relevant customers of the Category to ensure a constant flow of information and exposure to innovation; - Identify trends, opportunities and action plans; identify, collect and communicate best practices and successful business cases that have secured new opportunities and business for customers and for Tetra Pak; - Deliver high impact & insightful presentations to internal audience and key customer meetings; - Contribute and take responsibility of specific communication activities. Who you are We believe you have: - You have not less than 3 years of experience within Marketing/Product Management in food FMCG, with proven marketing knowledge. - University degree in Marketing, Economics or Engineering. - You speak Italian at native speaker level - Fluent both in written and spoken English. - You are able to work in an international environment and to work together with other stakeholders, by demonstrating strong informal authority abilities. - You are an excellent communicator, with strong negotiation skills which support you to drive decisions effectively. - You are open-minded and flexible, and customer oriented. - Your focus is to maximize the profit of the company thanks to your strong business understanding and customer orientation. - You are analytical, systematic and able to prioritize effectively. - You also have excellent communication and presentation skills.
