Ppp / Project Finance Analyst

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• PPP & Special Projects operations - carrying out financial analysis related to contractual liabilities and corporate guarantees, financial statements and business plan. In such regard, he/she will be in contact with internal stakeholders (i.e. project manager, project controller, etc) and external ones (lenders, financial & legal advisors, etc.).
• Reporting - PPP/Project Finance investment and liabilities reporting in cooperation with business and cfo functions;
• Supporting PPP/Project finance management processes - Cooperating also with other CFO, Legal and Business functions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or finance;
• English fluent, preferably with evidence of a specific certification (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, CAMBRIDGE), any other additional language would be a plus
• Understanding of contractual documentation (i.e. corporate law and commercial) and financial documents (i.e. financial agreements, covenants, waiver, etc.)
• Capability to perform ad hoc financial analysis (i.e. corporate valuation, project finance structuring, etc.);
• Financial Modeling basic skills;
• Problem solving outlook and proactivity, ability to recap and represent complex topic in executive format;
• Work Ethic approach;
• Experience in project team and/or finance (and/or accounting/treasury) could be a plus;
• Active listening;
• Team player attitude in multicultural contexts;
• Openness to feedback and adaptability;
• Microsoft Office advanced level;
