Job Description

Your opportunity

We are currently looking for a Client Advisor to join our DoDo boutique located in Rinascente Tritone.

How you will contribute

The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador and will spread the values and the philosophy of our brand, with the end result of maximizing sales.

The candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, in order to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout.

Who you are

  • Previous experience in the position, gained in a very customer service focused environment, and with a genuine passion for luxury

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; story-telling abilities

  • Strong dexterity and creativity, in order to guarantee an excellent customer experience

  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team oriented

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is also required

  • Fluent in Italian and English. Other languages would be a plus
