ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Set up and lead a new CRM function designed to support our European Markets - Champion and deliver Personalised Marketing, helping to achieve an uplift in customer revenue, satisfaction, and retention - Develop and recommend impactful CRM projects, prioritising programmes based on consumer, capability & commercial objectives - Work closely with other channel leads to ensure a consistent customer journey and timely delivery of joint strategies and projects - Lead capability advancing projects inc. end-to-end Personalisation campaign delivery and the testing & roll-out of new Salesforce enhancements - Drive process optimisation for the Salesforce Enhancement workstream - Act as the CRM senior point of contact - Provide regular updates on the team's outputs and performance to the Lead and senior stakeholders. You'll be accountable for the team meeting their soft and hard KPIs - Align with other CRM initiatives happening across the global organisation - Lead on innovation and nextgen thinking for CRM - Manage a team of managers, offering support in the day-to-day and their career development - Recruit amazing talent and build a high performing team - Evolve processes to ensure efficient ways of working to maximise team output - Contribute to the inclusive company culture where people are recognised for their contribution ESSENTIAL: - Digital Marketing with a focus on CRM - Hands-on experience and good working understanding of CRM tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Proven experience leading and growing a high performing and consumer focused CRM team within an ecommerce environment - Able to liaise and influence key senior stakeholders - The versatility and willingness to learn new technologies on the job - An ability to work as part of a team, managing multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time - Strong English language skills
