Main Responsibilities:

Within the Operations Dept., the ideal candidate, reporting directly to the Production & Demand Planning Manager, will be in charge of managing the following activities: · Purchase Orders entry on SAP system and sending to suppliers · Management of necessary information for suppliers to execute the order (retrieval and sorting) · Progress (production capacity) and order management check on SAP system · Constant relation with suppliers, management and solution of problems relating to the order itself · Check and management of problems relating to production delays · Management of goods shipment from suppliers, dealing with the Logistics dept. · Problems management with Sourcing dept. · Management of issues relating to suppliers together with the Admin. Dept. (payments, deadlines, etc.)
