KARRIERE, Head Hunter Company (Aut.Min. 131/2018), is looking for a Chef De Cuisine, for important healthy restaurants in Milan. Reporting to: General Manager. Duties and Responsibilities: · Creation and updating of menus, based on the seasonality of the products and in compliance with the company's values of biodiversity; · Manage and train the Italian kitchen brigade to ensure a well – organized and motivated team; · Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management shift work; · Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue; · Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards; · Manage Inventory and supplier relationships. - Previous experience in the role, almost 5 years, in fine dining or healthy and luxury restaurants; - Excellent planning and organizing skills: in particular, expert restaurant or organization’s cuisine knowledge; - Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings and other cooking best practices; - Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal – setting; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Excellent English language knowledge; Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The research is aimed at both sexes (L. 903/77 and L. 125/91) and at people of all ages and all nationalities (Legislative Decree 215/03 and Legislative Decree 216/03).
