Emea Events Specialist

Marelli Aftermarket Italy S.p.A. is looking for an EMEA Events Specialist to join the Marketing Communication Team. She/he will report directly to the EMEA Marketing Communication Manager and will be based in Corbetta (Milan). Responsibilities This dynamic position involves overseeing a range of responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of events, maintaining brand consistency, and driving impactful communication strategies. Contribute to our mission of excellence in marketing communication and event management. Specific tasks related to Management of National and International Automotive Aftermarket Trade Shows: - Planning, coordination and realization of physical Fair’s booth and related event activities (marketing materials, video, etc ). - Exploring new opportunities for hybrid and online events, aligned with the company strategies and the changes in the market. - Managing the relationships with suppliers and fair’s institution. - Integration and sharing with HQ Marketing Communication Department of brand image standards. - Maximize the media impact of the events before and after the activity. - Budget management. Specific tasks related to Management of Motorsports Events: - Coordination of the events into Motorsports field starting from communication “Before the Events” until communication “After the Events” to maximize media impact. - Management of the “on site” activities before and during the event, respecting the brand image standards. - Budget management. Specific tasks related to EMEA Markets support: - Management of customer Incentive’s activities collaborating with local Sales Department. - Planning and development of activities to support sales and promotional activities on local markets. - Support HR on company internal events and communication materials. Requirements: - 3 to 5 years’ experience in events, a plus if in Automotive sector - Advanced English - Great use of Microsoft Office package (word, excel, power point) - Usage of graphic software as a plus (Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) - Available to national and international business trips - Motor enthusiasm with passion for automotive trends, cars and motorsport. - Creativity and proactive approach: capacity to find new ideas and concepts for events and communications. - Leadership and collaborative propensity: capacity to take important decisions in a fast-paced environment leading to results and to share and cooperate actively with the team. - Flexibility and adaptability: capacity to face unexpected changes and to react in new circumstances. - Focus on details: attention to details is a must in all aspect of communication and on events. - Results driven approach: to delivery on time with activities on field is mandatory. - Effective communication: being able to interact and communicate verbally and through writing with a variety of stakeholders in different situations (colleagues, suppliers, agency, etc ). , Permanent Work Location: 20011 Corbetta, MI The role is eligible for smart working, according to Company’s dedicated policy.
