Job Summary The Program Manager supports the Assoc. Director ZBA & Programs to develop & deliver programs with the scope of improving our education offer and/or internal ZBI processes.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for developing content, delivery, scheduling and reporting for cross-functional projects that enhance the educational offer and internal processes, including but not limited to: Women in Orthopedics and Zimmer Biomet for Residents
  • Internal and external communications for programs, including newsletters, LinkedIn, ZBI network, Loop
  • Together with consultant management team, oversee onboarding process for faculty consultants directly related to programs, including due diligence, contracts, engagement orders and processing
  • NPI Education Plans: develop a standardized NPI education plan across ZBI together with Training Managers, Segment Leaders and ZBI Team
  • Measuring effectiveness: standardize metrics across in-person and digital channels, continuous evaluation & reporting of effectiveness outcomes
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders including Surgeons, Brand Managers, regional RVP’s, Segment Leaders, Country Managers, Legal, Compliance, Event Management and Zimmer Biomet Senior Management to develop and deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Provide regular systematic project reports on progress to ZBI LT/Senior Management
  • Enhancement of analytics and reporting to align key indicators, reflect changing needs & new metrics in standard monthly reporting
  • Primary contact for all reporting related requests to ensure data source is standardized and numbers are aligned across all team members and reporting channels

  • Demonstrated ability to manage effectively and sensitively relationships with all ZB team members.

Expected Areas of Competence :

  • 7-10 years’ experience working directly with customers, opinion leaders, technical experts and professional staff in medical devices or healthcare.
  • Experience in planning and delivery of medical education and promotional events, and generating new ideas to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Extensive experience of Orthopedic products and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to manage effectively and sensitively HCP relationships and third party communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working alongside staff and other stakeholders in the organization. - Demonstrated project management experience Languages
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience of other European languages would be an advantage

Education/Experience Requirements : Bachelor’s degree, preferably including formal studies in healthcare, education and/or business required.
