We are looking for a SOURCING MANAGER Job Summary

Within the Group Sourcing Function, the Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the overall implementation and daily management of the supplier strategy. Mainly focused on Italy and Switzerland market the role will support the international Fincons Group business expansion as well filling the open positions addressable to third parties.

The Sourcing Manager has responsibilities of building and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, monitor the Supplier base responsiveness and the external talent fulfillment effectiveness in line with the Group Sourcing Director strategy.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage business stakeholder relationships, including demand management, sales/ opportunities, analytics and market information
  • Manage requisitions pipeline facilitating contractors’ placements process between supplier and Hiring Manager
  • Work in a total talent environment team with internal Talent Acquisition and scheduling team.
  • Design and develop relevant RFP documents for Supplier framework agreements leveraging strategic sourcing best practices.
  • Monitor supplier performance and link it to a supplier segmentation methodology.
  • Leverage reporting, data and analytics to suggest adjustment to the external talent strategy
  • Support supplier scouting process identifying new suppliers to address low responsiveness skillset in the business demand
  • Leverage industry & market information to propose innovative initiatives
  • Be accountable for the reporting basic platform to report requisitions and onboarding contractors’ performance.

Qualifications and skills

  • A bachelor's degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, procurement or comparable professional education

  • 7-10 years working experience in Procurement (Contingent staff management)

  • At least 3-5 years working experience in system integration projects

  • Ability to understand client requirements and executing Procurement strategies to meet those requirements

  • Extensive experience in sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management

  • Good understanding of Procurement processes

  • Good understanding of relevant industry

  • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders that have resulted in high customer satisfaction

  • Strong presentation, communication (written & oral), interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Forward and solution minded, team player and with high degree of self-management

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, adopt a flexible approach and prioritize tasks appropriately
