Wharehouse Coordinator - Bat

WE ARE LOOKING FOR BAT ITALIA, worldwide leader in FMCG WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR - BAT The job holder should be able to work in a very dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy and supporting the Factory Logistic Manager in the daily activity. Main Responsibilities: - Ensure that BAT policy and Italian law related to the warehouse and finish good is applied - Correct and precisely use of BAT Custom System to ensure a proper stock movements - Organization and efficiency of site operations - Monitoring and coordinating the progress of work within the established deadlines - Supervision of warehousing and storage conditions - Coordinating inbound and outbound activities in order to manage documentation related - Manage trucks Loading / Unloading activity related to the finish goods including document like eAD, packing list, Picking, operational mails, etc. - Report all the information related the goods movement in the SAP tool - Ensure that traceability rules are implemented for enhancing the efficiency of warehouses administration - Coordinate 3rd party teams to ensure correct record of finish goods, missing and/or damage goods - Follow the administration task related to the warehouse - Support the regular Stock Analysis including special check in case of missing / damaged finish goods - Provide to line manager timely information on possible criticality/delay related the finish goods arrival/shipment and /or issue on eCommerce orders. - Perform finish goods the quality check on trucks and goods stored in the warehouse - On a daily base verify that physical stock is aligned to the logical stock in the system - Support the formal stock count (as per BAT procedure) with 3rd parties and batch acquisition Experience required: - High level interpersonal skills. - University degree (technical or economical) - Fluent in English - Knowledge of logistics and warehouse flows - Knowledge of ERP logic (SAP knowledge welcome) - Computer skills (Word, Excel,Outlook) - Experience in working/negotiating with internal and external entities/customers It is a plus the knowledge of 3PL factory logistics processes Location: Trieste LI-BF1 Wyser (Aut.
