Essential Responsibilities - Contribute to the Digital operations to ensure business continuity, efficiency and continuous improvement - Act as a link between Business functions, IT, external actors maintaining an appropriate level of communication with end-users and management - Manage project schedule, risks, costs and any non-standard events throughout the life of the project - Track project outcomes realization and measure customer impact through established metrics (KPI) and ensure lessons learned are collected - Be proactive in exploring alternate technology and be able to make technology choices based on experience and impact analysis - Be accountable for IT operational excellence, ensure compliance to GE standards & practices Qualification/Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines or Engineering or High School Diploma with specific IT Project Manager experience - Knowledge of Supply Chain processes - Demonstrated Knowledge of SAP - Continuous improvement attitude - Team working attitude and inclusiveness - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams - Fluent Italian and good English knowledge (written and spoken) - Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics - Good experience in SAP with proven skills and expertise in particular on MM and PP modules - Strong customer orientation - Focused on objectives - Experience on Supplier collaboration platforms What we offer Smart working and work life-balance Avio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
