In TDSYNNEX we are looking for an Internal sales specialist for a maternity cover period. The specialist will focus on our PC business, will have allocated accounts and develop a deep knowledge of portfolio processes and vendors pricing. He/she will have the responsibility of managing quotes and closing orders; and will incentivized based on part of the portfolio. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Build excellent resellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge, subject to clear managerial direction - Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on product/solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company - Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities - Manages reporting and customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing" - Either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements - Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions - Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers - Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement - Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition - Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.) - Provides accurate and timely quotations - Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities.
